GTA provides complete Process Design Kits (PDK) for all process platforms. The technology nodes cover 0.8µm, 0.35µm, 0.15µm, 0.11µm and extend to 90nm, 55nm, 40nm. GTA offers technology files including design rules, spice models(HSPICE/Spectre), DRC, LVS and PEX, which can support customers to use mainstream EDA software tools for design and physical verification.
